Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped by visiting the "My Orders" section on the Rointech website or app. If the order is successfully canceled, the full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
After Shipment:
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, customers can choose to return the product after delivery by following the return policy outlined below. In case the customer refuses to accept the delivery, the return process will be initiated automatically, and the refund will be processed once the product is received back at our warehouse.
Product Unavailability: If the product is out of stock or unavailable. Payment Issues: If there is a problem with the payment, such as an unverified payment method. Incorrect Pricing: If the product was listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error. In such cases, customers will be notified, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If a product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals.
Change of Mind:
Returns for reasons other than defects or incorrect products (e.g., change of mind) are not accepted.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected by Rointech. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be issued if the returned product is not in its original condition, has missing parts, or shows signs of use.
Perishable Goods: Food items, flowers, etc. Personal Care Products: Cosmetics, personal hygiene items, etc. Custom-Made Products: Items made to order or personalized. Opened Software or Digital Products: Software, digital downloads, etc.
