1. Cancellation Before Shipment

Refund will be processed within 24–48 business hours once the cancellation is confirmed.

2. Cancellation After Shipment
Cancellation is possible only after the product is received and returned in its original condition and unopened packaging. Refunds will be initiated once the returned product is verified at our warehouse.

Refund Process

β€’ Prepaid Orders: Refunds processed to the same account within 24–48 business hours of receiving the returned product. Additional 2–3 business days for reflection.
β€’ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds via bank transfer based on provided billing details within 24–48 business hours plus 2–3 days for reflection.
Note: Discount coupons are one-time use and loyalty points will be credited back after successful cancellation.

Returns & Replacements Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, returns of opened or used products are not accepted for hygiene and safety reasons. Returns or replacements are accepted only for:
1. Damaged or defective products.
2. Wrong product delivered.
3. Missing items in shipment (with opening video proof).

Important: Video Proof Requirement

Record a clear, uncut video while opening your parcelβ€”from opening the box to verifying all items. This is mandatory for any return, replacement, or refund claim. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

Steps for Return / Replacement / Refund

Step 1: Contact Customer Support within 3 business days with Order ID, product details, and opening video.
Step 2: Attach images of damaged/wrong product and invoice copy.
Step 3: After verification, we will initiate a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund to the original payment method.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

β€’ Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
β€’ Return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the order.
β€’ Returns without proper proof or beyond allowed time will not be accepted.
